On December 18th Elise turned 11.  She decided on a sleep-over.  So we had various crafts, pizza, cake, and games to play with a few of her friends.  No snowstorm for her birthday this year.  :)    The big surprise from Matt and I was a gift card to Claire's where we took Elise to get her ears pierced.

Bad Blogger...bad, bad, bad...

I know...it's been a while.  Here is some of what we have been up to since what...November?    We drove to Charlotte, NC to visit with Matt's dad, brothers, and their families.  It was great to see everyone and catch up.  Lucy was a great hostess of course!
