Cooper's Godfather, "Uncle" Tom, came down to KY from West Virginia for the 4th of July. We all enjoyed the boat out on the Ohio River! Cooper did great...he loved going fast, loved getting in the water, and listened fairly well for an almost two year old. I think we're lucky that he likes his life vest.
