Do you know 'Mel-Mo'?

My dear, sweet 15 month old boy doesn't really care for wearing shoes or socks....what can I say he is his momma's son.  I'm a flip flop lover! Well, this little bundle of joy who removes his shoes almost immediately upon being buckled into his car seat will keep these little red slippers on for long periods of time!  He really does love 'E.lmo'.  Sometimes he'll climb up on the couch and just move his feet back and forth to look at 'Mel-mo' moving back and forth.  He does take them off---and then he'll bring them to you or try to put them back on his feet.

so, I posted three or four times today....I'm going to put a few from the game Matt and I went to also, but maybe later or tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed the Cooper "fix". :)

For now...take peace in the fact that Cooper is teething BIG TIME. He has one that has just broken through, and three that are right there....and these little while pearls are the worst yet. He is an emotional wreck---poor guy.

Halloween 2009

We were in KY visiting my family and going to a Colts vs. 49ers game for Halloween this year. Kyler was a "mad doctor", and Elise was a "hippie" which later turned into a "zombie hippie", and Cooper was a "monkey". It was pretty much a normal night. :)

I can't believe how early the two older kids pooped out....I remember going out on Halloween night and being gone for hours trick-or-treating. I had complaints of "my feet hurt", "I'm cold", and "I'm tired" within an hour.

So, isn't he the cutest monkey you have ever seen?? Loved this costume! And Cooper actually didn't mind wearing it once it was on. He especially loved the little car that Grammy's friend Betty let us borrow. It's 12-24 months, but it won't be seeing another Halloween for us...so if anyone out there needs a Halloween costume for next year that would be in this size range let me know. It's too cute to go to waste.

Beans, Bean...

a nickel a quart...the more you eat the more you....well, we'll just end it there. :)

We had mexican night a while ago...and Coop loves refried beans. He loves them on his ears, his nose, his cup...yep, just about anywhere. And who needs to eat and then drink....why not do them both at the same time?? Such a multi-tasker.

Church Fall Picnic

So, I'm a bit behind....and my cousin, Candice, brought it to my attention how I've been slacking. Here is a picture of Elise--painting one of our pumpkins which are still gracing our front porch----so blog updates aren't the only thing I'm slacking on. :) There is also a cute video of Coop "dancing" in his stroller. It's towards the end so be patient...it's cute. Speaking of strollers---if you have a Mac.laren stroller there is a recall going on now.We have one as you can see....so I'm now waiting on the parts to fix it.
